I got the delivery of my car on 16/11/23 at 1:30pm. Meet purchased my car on behalf of me from Victoria and she said only two scratches are there on front bumper. But when I saw my car, I was shocked when I found there are 3-4 more damages or scratches from the bottom, side door, side mirror car. I’m sharing photos with you so that you can checkout those photos and please give some solution. Else refund my money please.

Me and my partner had been shopping around for a car for around 4 months so you can imagine the number of dealerships we had been to, from Audi, merc & Hyundai to name some. a lot of these dealerships we were waiting around for more than 50 minutes until anyone helped us and when they did they didn’t provide their knowledge or want to deal with us. When we entered VW Castle Hill, the last dealership we went to, we were instantly greeted in the most beautiful way by Robert. He was extremely friendly and had a lot of knowledge on all the cars we had our eyes on. They gave us the best possible price and they made the process so easy. It didn’t feel like we were buying a car, it felt like we were being welcomed into a new family.
